I provide counselling for teens (ages 12 – 18), experiencing a range of issues, including:

  • Overcome with stress and worry
  • Feeling sad, hopeless and lacking motivation
  • Suffering from teenage anxiety or depression
  • Caught up in relationship drama or peer conflict

  • Obsessed with body image and negative eating patterns

Teenage counselling is for any adolescent who is having a hard time growing up, and could use some extra support to grow and develop through their teenage years. I combine the latest developments in psychology and a friendly, down-to-earth approach to engage teenagers in counselling.
