I provide counselling for young adults (18 - 25 years), experiencing a range of issues to help improve their mental health, including:

  • Feeling overcome with stress and anxiety
  • Feeling sad, hopeless and lacking motivation
  • Dealing with anxiety and depression
  • Caught up in relationship dramas
  • Lacking direction and feeling lost
  • Obsessed with body image and negative eating patterns
  • Coming to terms with sexuality and/or having trouble dealing with gender identity issues such as gender dysphoria
  • Recovering from trauma or stress

Youth counselling is for any young person who feels stuck, stressed out, or overwhelmed by the challenges that come with moving from the teenage years into adulthood. I combine the latest developments in psychology, respectful and engaging therapy approaches and a down to earth style to help improve youth mental health.
